Attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations. There are only 18 rooms available. February 20, 2011 is the final date for making a reservation. After that date or when all rooms are taken, you will have to book elsewhere. Please contact Roy Adair for assistance should this happen.

Please register for the conference as soon as possible so we can get a meal count. Banquet will be buffet style.
Remember, room reservations and registration must be made before February 20, 2011!
This year’s convention is held on a military base. Time is of the essence, these are hard set deadlines. If you do not have a DOD ID card, you may stay on the base as a hotel guest, and your hotel reservations will be your pass to get on/off the base.
